  • How can I send the data for the work?
    We accept and interpret data in several formats. Clients are welcome to send a soft copy through Email or sent a softcopy CD version or can courier us the handmade drafts. A few sample formats that we accept are dwg, dxf, pdf, doc, jpeg, tiff, gif, stp, iges and doc.
 
  • How are the engineering drawing and 2D drafting projects executed?
    Our project execution model is simple and acceptable. Our team of design and drafting engineers work on analyzing the requirements to come up with a sample. Once the sample is approved the team is set with a lead to monitor the process flow in coordination with client. We organize review schedules to understand whether the client and our resources are on the same line. We offer buffer periods for exchanging the final edits before closing on the project.
 
  • How are CADD conversion projects performed?
  • We had adopted an unique implementation model to reduce the file size to be sent to client. We redraw the manual drawing and regulate the file size for an easy transfer with error free image view
  • Step1. Upon receiving the input data from client (By email, FTP, Scanned documents, CD, DVD etc), Media CAD & Graphics team conducts a detailed requirement analysis by setting up conference calls, instant messenger chat, mails or phone calls to get the details. We will provide our quote with lead time. In the next step Media CAD & Graphics sends you the invoice indicating detailed costing.

    Step2. Upon getting the approval, purchase order and time schedule from you, we create a draft and submit it for your review. Any design modification can be suggested at this stage.

    Step3. Once the draft is approved, we will be proceeding with the rest of the job and the files will be send to you after undergoing quality checking by our QC department.

    Step4. The finishing touches incorporating all updates are done in this stage and the final set of files is submitted.

    Step5. By ensuring that the project is up to your expectation, we will be sending the final bill.

  • How are 3D modeling projects executed?
    3D Modeling project execution is done as explained below.

    Step1. Upon receiving the input data of your 3D modeling projects, CAD & Graphics team conducts a detailed requirement analysis by setting up conference calls to get the details like, the required format of the finished job, number of views to be generated and resolution of the rendered images in case of perspective views, schedule etc. and will provide our quote with lead time. In the next step media sends you the invoice indicating detailed costing.

    Step2. Upon getting the approval, purchase order and time schedule from you, we create a draft and submit it for your review. Any design modification can be suggested at this stage.

    Step3. Once the draft is approved, we apply colors, textures, add more details and submit the second draft for your approval.

    Step4. The finishing touches incorporating all updates are done in this stage and the final proof is submitted.

    Step5. By ensuring sure that the project is up to your expectation, we sent the high-resolution images or files to you.

  • Can I hire CADD professionals?
    You can hire CADD professionals from 7Solutions India. The dedicated professionals work on your projects on a hourly rate for on-site and off-site requirements. More details and terms can discussed upon the requirement specifications.
 
  • How can I know the cost and time schedule?
    A detailed proposal will be sent to you with all the details w.r.t the project execution and timeline attached to that.
 
  • In what DPI should the paper original be scanned?
    We advice you to scan the paper original at 150 DPI, the image will be able to display almost all the information available on the original sheet.
 
  • Can I mail or courier the paper originals?
    Yes, you can mail or courier your paper originals/copies to our office.
 
  • Do you follow your own CAD standards or those, which we prescribe?
    We set up CAD standards based on details furnished by you.
 
  • What are the payment terms?
    Generally we provide 7days credit to our clients, you have to pay us within 7days from the date of invoice. We take 25% advance if the project cost is more than or equal to USD 1000. Payment can be made directly to our bank by wire transfer or using credit card by PayPal.
